How do I choose my size?

We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure. Our lingerie runs true to standard sizing:

Is my order shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, brand names, or product descriptions visible. Your billing statement will also show a discreet merchant name.

How long does shipping take?

International: 10-30 business days

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Are intimate items returnable?

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or had tags removed cannot be returned. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it immediately — no questions asked.

How do I start a return?
